I was here at the dog park on Tuesday, March 25th between 6:30 and 7:30 PM. I met a woman who I think was named Jackie and her Akida who I think was named Noku. Jackie has brown hair and lives in Dorchester right near Franklin Park. Noku is a closely shorn Akida who vocalizes a lot with other dogs, is high energy, and has brown spots on white fur. (Sorry to be so vague about details)
Noku and my dog and another dog named Eli got into a hassle while at the park. I tried to break it up and got bitten in the face and shoulder by Noku. I did not think it was a big deal, but my doctor says that without getting the certificate of rabies vaccine for Noku, I will need to get the full series of rabies shots. I do NOT want to get these shots, so I am trying to track down Jackie and her dog. If you know her, or this description sounds familiar, or if you ARE her, please call me ASAP so I can just get a copy of the rabies vaccine and be on my merry way. I am NOT interested in pressing charges, I just want a clean bill of health. Thank you so much!
